Payment procedures

1. Payments are taken through our Secure Payment Gateway. Electronic receipts will be provided at the time of any successful payment(s).

2. In the event of difficulties in making a payment, please contact Drive Suite at Info@drivesuite.co.uk as soon as possible. Drive Suite will try to work towards a mutually agreed solution. Failure to resolve payment issues will result in termination of your purchase with no refund.

3. Drive Suite reserves the right to remove users from the course that fails to comply with its standard practices and procedures. We also reserve the right to refuse enrolments and/or suggest alternative arrangements if Drive Suite believes that it is not in the best interests of other participants and/or the individual concerned to take part in this course.

Online content and intellectual property

1. Drive Suite provides users with access to a range of electronic lessons to support learners in studying to gain the knowledge of ‘learning how to drive’.

2. You agree to login onto your PC, Laptop, Smartphone or Tablet and this is for personal use only - your login must NOT be shared, but if it’s flagged up with incorrect use then your login will be terminated.

3. Drive Suite is committed to continually improving the quality of its online content and reserves the right to update resources at any time without notice. You will receive email notifications at time of updates (users are required to sign up with an email address which is monitored).

4. You are required to respect Intellectual Property rights in using the online platform. Failure to do so results in withdrawal from the platform and no reimbursement of fees.

Things companies or individuals must NOT do:

1. Disclose or share copies of the platform with other individuals or organisations

2. Compromise the security and confidentiality of any logins given to them, or knowingly permit others to use the same login

3. Use the platform for any other purposes than for personal study, and only on computer systems and mobile devices covered by these terms unless a commercial agreement is in place signed by the user and Drive Suite .

4. Use the learning platform for any commercial purpose without consent from Drive Suite

5. Make multiple prints or any type of recordings or copy for their own platform

6. Provide print or electronic copies of material to anyone

7. Post any content on the Internet or other electronic networks without Drive Suite consent

Changes or cancellations by the learner

1. Once you have purchased access to the course any payments cannot be refunded.
